3What we collect
Through the submission form: your submission, the source link, your connection to the system, the language you used and, only if you give it, your email address. Your IP address is used briefly to limit the number of submissions and by Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. We do not store it.
4Why, and on what legal basis
To review your submission and, if you gave your email address, to ask you a follow-up question. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the comparison accurate (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
5Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores submissions in the EU, runs Turnstile and sends us a notification email for each submission. That email contains your submission but not your email address. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6How long we keep it
We delete your email address 12 months after we decide on your submission. We keep the rest of the submission as a record of why a fact changed. Facts we publish stay on the site with their source.
7Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or object to its use, by emailing support@dartsspace.com. Giving your email address is optional; without it we cannot ask you a follow-up question. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
